Wescot and the Royal Bank of Scotland

Hi,
I am hoping for some sound advice on how to end my correspondence with Wescot and have included my last email to them by way of an explanation of the events so far. For a little background information, I will explain that I left the UK over three years ago to live in the Middle East. Wescot have contacted me by mail through my parents address in the UK which I have used as a forwarding address. I no longer have assets in the UK, I have never had an account with the Royal Bank of Scotland and have told Wescot this on numerous occasions, also pointing out that Muscat Municipality Courts would be better than Hull County Court.

“Dear Sirs,
Lord give me strength…
As you, as a company, give every indication of being completely incompetent I will give you a short history of our correspondence to date:

19/05/08 letter from Wescot saying I owe monies to RBS
21/05/08 My email requesting an explanation as I have no record of the debt and no relation with RBS ever
02/06/08 Letter from Wescot requesting three prior address'
18/06/08 final notice from Wescot
20/06/08 My email supplying three previous address'
25/06/08 letter from Wescot stating the matter is under investigation
14/07/08 Letter from Wescot demanding dates of prior residence within ten day
18/07/08 My email stating I was in Cyprus and would return home to the Sultanate of Oman in early august where I would check my records
23/07/08 email from Wescot stating they would wait
04/08/08 My email stating I was now home in the Sultanate of Oman but would not supply further information until Wescot explained the details of the alleged debt
16/09/08 final demand from Wescot
18/09/08 My email providing correspondence to date and requesting an explanation
18/09/08 Westcot email requesting I deal with RBS directly
19/09/08 Several emails requesting contact details for RBS
[Can I have a contact number?] [We don’t have a contact number, we suggest you go to your local branch] [My local branch is over 4,000miles away, please provide a number] [Here is the contact number]
19/09/08 I spoke to RBS who had no knowledge of me, the alleged debt or the Wescot involvement
20/09/08 My email to Wescot requesting an explanation
22/09/08 letter from Wescot stating the matter is under investigation
11/11/08 final notice from Wescot

Can you see a pattern here? If not let me explain:
1. You demand monies with menace
2. I ask for an explanation
3. You ignore me and say you are investigating
4. Repeat steps one through to four ad infinitum

I await your letter saying that you are investigating.
Alternatively, please provide details of this alleged debt as seen in my previous correspondence.
If you do so choose to take this matter to Hull County Court, please note that I will require return business class tickets from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and hotel accommodation for the duration of my stay.
Yours Faithfully”

Originally I considered that if I owed a debt I should pay it, but considering I have never had an account with RBS, or a credit card or any other form of business I am at a loss to understand what it could be.
It was my brother in law that sent me a link to this site detailing Wescot’s aggressive spam tactics, which leads me to believe that they have no real reason to be targeting me other than that I have one of the most common names in the UK.
I would be inclined to now tell Wescot to Foxtrot Oscar as they have ignored all my requests for an explanation. However, I am concerned for my parents as my forwarding address.
I am considering writing to Wescot stating that this address is no longer in use and will not be replied to and that all further correspondence should be directed to my PO box in the middle east.
After a couple more letters, I could then tell them to go whistle.
Any advice would be appreciated

James
