Would it not be good customer service to honour peoples orders?
It would be seen as an act of good faith. I think it would encourage people to buy from your site again

They should honour it or at least offer to half the delivery cost or something.

i agree too much of these mistakes happening seems like they are just a ploy to get you to their website, they should honour the orders of the people who recieved the email
