Standard set-up for new customers: Standard set-up for new Sky TV customers joining online is £30 with a standard Sky box or Sky+HD box and the HD Pack, or free with a Sky+ box at £99.
Standard set-up for existing customers: Standard set-up for existing Sky TV customers is £60. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Activation for existing customers taking Sky Broadband only is £75 for Base, £50 for Mid & Connect or £25 for Max (or £25 less when combined with Sky Talk).
Sky TV Subscription: Packages from £17-£47 a month. Sky News and Sky Three are available without subscription; Sky Three, Ch4, Five, Five US and Fiver require a viewing card.

Sky+: Sky+ box £150 with Sky TV, £99 when you buy online. Sky+ can store an average of 40 hours of programmes. Sky+ subscription required for Personal Video Recorder features (free for Sky TV customers, or £10 pm).
Sky+HD: *The channels you receive with the HD Pack depend on your Sky TV package. If you have the standard definition Sky Sports or Sky Movies channel in your package you will receive the high definition version of that channel if available in the HD Pack. Sky+HD requires Sky TV, a Sky+HD box and the HD Pack (£10 extra pm) and is the new name for Sky HD. Sky+ subscription required for Personal Video Recorder features (free for Sky TV customers, or £10 pm). Sky+HD box £150 with Sky TV and the HD Pack or £99 Sky TV and the HD Pack when you join online. Luxe TV HD, Channel 4 HD and BBC HD are available without subscription. Channel 4 HD requires a viewing card. You need a HD Ready TV to experience the full benefits of Sky+HD.

Sky Multiroom: £10 a month. Provides the same Sky TV channels as your main Sky TV subscription on a box in another room. You must subscribe to Sky TV throughout and an extra box is required for each Multiroom subscription. Each box you have must be connected to the same fixed telephone line at all times. If you’re not eligible for a free Sky box, a standard Sky box is £49 with Multiroom (£99 without). To receive your HD subscription channels in another room, you’ll need another Sky+HD box and HD Pack subscription.
Sky Broadband: Connect product at £17 a month is available to customers outside our network area.[1] Monthly usage limits: Base – 2GB; Mid – 40GB; Max – Unlimited; Connect – 40GB & subject to Traffic Management Policy. If your PC/laptop is not wireless enabled, you can buy the necessary equipment from Sky. MAC users receive 12 months free McAfee VirusScan worth £19.99.
Sky Talk: Sky Talk is only available to Sky digital subscribers paying by Direct Debit/continuous credit card mandate. Not available to BT Light Users or if outgoing calls are barred.
General: Your Sky box(es) must be connected to a fixed telephone line for 12 months. Sky+/ HD box prices may vary if you live in a flat. You must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s).
