I am having this exact same arguement with HFC at the moment (and it is currently with FOS). They too, told me because my "application" stated "credit agreement" then this is what it was, regardless of the fact there are no prescribed terms. I think someone summed it up nicely on my thread (search for HFC CCA agreement should find it if you wish to) by saying that (it used to say oxo on buses, but you cant make gravy from one)
It might say credit agreement, but unless all the info is there, and its fully legible, it isnt one.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
