Hi all, not sure if im on the right forum, but am looking for some advice i found the name of this company in one of the papers this week and i just wondered if anybody else had come across them before. if they are legit, helpful or should i just forget it. they are called hand your car back. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. :A

I would approach from the point of view of assume they are dodgy until proved otherwise.
If you are having financial problems I would approach one of the free charity organisations like CAB/CCCS/National Debtline etc.
I would also pop your SOA up here and see where savings can be made.
No doubt an expert will be able to give you more advice if you are thinking of handing back your car depending on what sort of agreement you have taken out.
Please, please do not approach these people though - they will almost certainly be out to make money from you.
