Cheapest isnt necessarily the best. Most blank media are around the same price so you should buy the media that best suits the burner you own.

I usually buy 'Datawrite' grey top from Ebuyer.
£8.28 incl vat and p&p.
This is a good disc at a good price.
Postage is £2.99 - if you buy 2 or postage increases
to £5.49.
No coasters yet after over 100 discs incl backing up some movies.

Not the very cheapest but tesco are doing Mr DATA dvd-r 6.75 for 10 on spindle BOGOF, no postage charge and no waiting, used plenty and no failures yet (mostly dvd backups)
