God it's been ages since I have updated this diary.

This week has been so hectic. I ended up having to go to London on a work conference after being given one days notice  so everything was a little mad.

On my way back yesterday I was called into work  now my instant reaction was redundancy or a telling off about something. I had got a little drunk on the conference :rotfl:

Anyway it was good news, I have been put forward for a new fast track promotion scheme. It takes 18 months to two years to complete including more qualifications  but the end result could mean a double in my salary :D
. They said was I interested as they realise I have my little girl, doing my degree and my split etc etc.

Hell yeah I am lol :D so I am a happy lady.

Oh and another piece of news :D I am getting my first tattoo done today, I am so excited.

It all feels like it is coming together for me at the moment and this new life is emerging. I just need to find a man now lol:D

The job news is exciting too ;) Just kidding, I'm sure that you'll take this opportunity and make sure it works for you. Enjoy your tattoo - it's only sore when they're doing the outline. Now for some more smilies:

Glad to see you so upbeat :)

I've had some good news on the job front too - start my new post on the 9th of March. Certainly won't double my wages, but there's a tiny raise, possible bonus, flexitime and a Civil Service pension to earn!

Good to see that 2009 is not being quite as horrible as all the commentators promised...
