bread rising time

morning all just a quickie, my mum and dad bought me a cookworks signature xbm 1129s breadmaker for my birthday what i want to know is if i make the bread on the dough program in the breadmaker what do i then have to do to bake in the oven e.g.
1; when knocked back do i have to grease the loaf tin before putting dough in?
2; then how long do i leave it to rise & do i cover with a clean dry t-towel to do this?
3; how long do i bake it for and at what temp in a fan assisted oven.

    Hi. Use my breadmaker to make dough & then bake it in the oven. I find it gives a much lighter loaf & it's also a more 'normal' shape to make sandwiches with.
    I grease the loaf tin & then leave it to rise until it's starting to rise over the top of the tin. There isn't a set time because it depends how warm the place you leave it is. If I want it to rise quickly I'll put it in the living room where it's warmest, slowly (this time of the year) in the conservatory 'cos it's cold. I cover it with a slightly damp tea towel whilst it rises.
    I bake it for 1/2 an hour @ 200 but that gives a well browned crust. 20 minutes should be enough if you want it softer & more golden.
