Contracts- please read any help welcome

If the company you worked for were brought out but not all paper work signed, but you were being paid by the new company of who you now work for.

Who should your contract be with? original employer? or new employer?

even after a year, would you or not expect the same clauses in your contract as the other employees?

Have a look at TUPE. It covers all the requirements and obligations of the new owner to existing employees of the company being taken over.

What hasn't been signed and what are your concerns - do you feel there is something amiss?
