what is the minimum salary you can make without having to pay Income tax?

tax allowance is 6035 this tax year
NI you pay 11% on the amount over 105 per week0 -
£116 per week is the maximum you can earn on a 603L code before paying any income tax.
If you earn £116/week you will pay £1.21 per week NI0 -
is it right to say that if you earn below 5460 p a, you don't have to pay ANY tax nor NI contributions. Please correct me of I'm wrong.

Income tax no.
NI depends on weekly basis. Say you earn £200 one week but only £20 another. You will pay NI on the £200. Its worked out on a weekly basis, not annual.0 -
Yes NI is worked out when you are paid - so normally on the amount you are paid in any particular week or month.0
