Not on Voters roll

Hi people.
I have been applying for a loan to repay some debts. Everytime i have been declined. My monlthy income is excellent and outgoings are 1/3rd of my income. I was very confused as i have never missed payments on cards or anythin. I paid for the Experian report to find out and done my credit score aslo, it was like 900+ about 17points off Excellent rate.
After looking through my report which was well worth the money, i found that on the electoral role i was not registered for any.
Would this be the reason that companies are declining me. I have had many credit cards but never a loan in my name.
I have since applied to get on the roll but dont think my name will appear there untill January.
Thansk for your comments.

Yes - it is important for you to be on the Register of Electors (sometime erroneously called the 'Electoral Roll'....or even 'role'!!!)
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
