Payplan troubles

Hi folks
My partner has been with payplan for 6 yrs and was within 1 month of paying it off. Now her balance has been adjusted and she owes another 15 months of payments but only one of the creditors was charging interest the rest wasn't . Any ideas as the interest that would be payable is less than 1 months payment. Where can the other £2700 have come from that she's now being asked to pay?
Has anybody else come across this?

yes she has rung them that how we found out that only one of them was charging interest of 5.5% . We are in the process of contacting all the creditors for statements so we can figure out where the approx other £2700 has come from. Seems a little odd considering the interest part was on £2000 originally and it's been reducing approx an extra £350.0

Hi,
I don't know the answer, but I will watch this thread with interest......I am also with Payplan and have 3 years to go, but I can imagine that will happen to us.....Payplan's balance on a couple of credit cards is different to the ones I get on my statements, and that's because the creditors are still charging interest.
Will see what anyone else comes up with for a reason.
