Help with westcott\provident debt

Hi
i would welcome advice on my problem.. Wescott debt collectors have taken over my debt from a co. called ck edrupt, the debt was with provident... this is because i defaulted with edrupt on the agreed terms of repay.. i asked wescott for copy of cca and also the full breakdown of the account, i also included a 1.00 postal order.. i sent this recorded on 21\10 i recieved a reply on 21\11 with a copy of the origional cca dated 2003.. the total on the cca is loan 1000, credit charge 650, total payable 1650.00 , apr 177.0....
however i got no breakdown of account and my 1.00 p.o was returned with a letter saying i owe 2739.00... as the cca amount and the letter from wescott are different what is my postion, wescott say i have to pay in full within seven days, or ring to make arrangements for instalments in certain circumstances.. i am on reduced incapacity benefit of 41.00 per week ...

    Hi

Please pseak to NDL in particular details here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help

You need them to check whether the "CCA" that you have been sent actaully does meet the requirements of the Act; a lot of them are actually application forms.

They can also advise on the situation if it is real. They will have to put up with £2 a month if you are on benefits.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
