Reheating HM Pies

As part of my continuing attempts to be frugal, I made a pie from the left over turkey (along with mushrooms and a tin of campbells mushroom soup), baked it on a metal pie plate and when cooled, put it into the freezer.
OH asked last night if we could have the pie today (obviously the sight of the pie with it's golden crust had been on the back of his mind for the last few days!). I took it out of the freezer last night and popped it into the fridge.
Now I need to know the best way to reheat it, I've never done this before (from frozen or defrosted) as pies never get left in our house!
How long and at what temperature is it best to reheat pies? - I don't want to over cook the pastry. I don't have any guidelines from shop bought pies as I don't buy these as I cook from scratch.
Hoping you can help ... thanks!

Personally the way I'd do it is to get it to the 'put on pie plate' stage and then freeze instead of cook. That way, when you do want to cook it all you have to do is to defrost and then cook as normal.
Have used this method with shepherds pie.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Ah, in hindsight I probably should have done that! I've probably taken it a stage too far and I can't use the microwave as it's on a metal plate.Enjoying an MSE OS life0

Reheated the pie for lunch. 170C for 30 minutes and it was piping hot and didn't burn the pastry. Absolutely yummy ... Worked so well I'll try it this way again.Enjoying an MSE OS life0
