If they cant provide a cca

Hello,
I would like to ask a question. I hope this has not been covered anywhere already.
I am currently sending out cca requests for all of my accounts 14 in total. I have read a lot of advise about requesting these however all I seem to understand is that after the 12-2-30 has past I am in a better position. Everything I seem to find is saying to sit back and wait to see if or when they find a true copy of my cca.
What I would like to know is if I stop paying them because they can not produce my cca after a couple of months. Would it be a good idea to offer them a settlement of say 10%? My thinking is if they have not got one it they might take it and would put a stop to the dca's. On the other hand if they took it and found my cca after it would be too late because the account would be settled.
Any advise welcome
Thanks
