Fed up of the same old same old... want to do something different this year that is not:
A packed bar
A house party

Any suggestions? Are there any restaurants doing a special dinner that you sit on till after midnight? I know Malmaison and the Merchant are doing dinners but at £75 and £59 a pop (respectively) without wine they are a bit of a rip off!
Thanks.

We did the restaurant thing in the Fat Buddah last year and greatly enjoyed it. Turned up hoping to eat slowly and sit as long as possible, seems some other diners had the same idea, and so did the staff! Had the NYE stuff from the Beeb on the screens. Beer, cocktails and good food. Was a great night.0
