Sunday Times wine club

Is it wrong to sign up for the introductory offer of 15 bottles for £39.99 plus free corkscrew and then immediately cancel? £3.11 a bottle seems like a bargain for Christmas but don't want to be lumbered with the whole having to reject cases every few months!

It's not wrong at all. They do it to get you hooked, get them back!
You just reminded me actually - Latihwaites & The Sunday Times Club are the same and I was watching the Ad for Laithwaites and wanted to do it - thanks for reminding me!

I was a member for a while - they do have some really good deals generally. When I did cancel last, they were very friendly indeed.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I'd have to call or email. I probably deserve it. I check quidco for everything, even just went through it a minute earlier for my debenhams order. Just got a bit too excited by the dealEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

oh well - still a good offer.
To be fair for my wine i tend to do the Tesco deals - get a code for 1000 points when you spend £50 - they are worth £40 in deals - so a case of wine for a tenner delivered!!0 -

Since they stopped the deal with MFI I can't get as much value out of deals, although the double-up on wine is still very nice and I'll be taking advantage of the Pizza Express offer (which you've just reminded me about, LOL, it's one of those evenings!)Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

We signed up for this yesterday when we compared the price of their deal to M&S. We will be cancelling our subscription in a few months time, with no consequences - as my in-laws did this previously and no come back. Look forward to receiving and tasting the wine sent.MFIT T2 Challenge - No 46
Overpayments 2006-2009 = £11985; 2010 = £6170, 2011 = £5570, 2012 = £12900 -
The leaflet I have says there is no commitment to further purchases, so they must expect people to cancel after the introductory offer. I'm just waiting for pay day and then I'm ordering the red wine case. With the £10.50 cashback it's a bargain.0

You don't need to cancel if you don't want to although if you do they'll hopefully stop sending you the tempting offers.0
