Barclaycard loan
When I complained to Barclaycard about their mis-leading marketing, they replied that 'A typical APR is the one at which the majority of loans, by number, arising from the advertisement that are expected to be made'.
To me this means that it is a completely arbitrary figure, even an indefinable one, and as such should not be used in advertising.

It depends on where you saw the advertising/marketing as to who can deal with a complaint about it.0
