Newbie question

Hello i'm looking for some advice and this seemed the best place find it.

I have been refused a re-morgage package due to a credit card that i couldn't manage to pay off. I am now in the process of arranging to pay it off in instalments i can afford(to a debt agency)

My only other debt is another card which i'm paying off again interest free and through a debt agency(current balance £3777)

The morgage i was originally offered is £140 cheaper per month than my current one.

To cut a long story short does anyone know if

1. I manage to pay off the debt(£1000) my offer may be re-instated or

2. I can plead with the bank and explain my situation .

3. Can Stop my partner from killing me for screwing up our cheap morgage offer.

Cheers

Rob

Trouble is, SZH, even with a sparkling credit record getting money is v.hard these days. Any excuse to refuse and it is taken, the lenders dont even seem to offer a different rate!
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

your going to have to take this one on the chin by the looks of it

but when your sorted, and you then try to get a deal... if refused you can plead your case and explain how you sorted the problem out

go for your next deal through a decent broker and he will fight your corner to get a good deal
