I saw this on another forum that Glist tablets are only £3.14 for 30 tablets in Sainsbury's on special offer so don't know when this ends. Can be used in conjuction with the Glist promotion with money off coupon - saw this on a different thread but can't locate it. Hope this is of help to someone.

Time for me to load up with Glist again then lol
Last lot cost me nowt and I got £4 back from Tescos because they scanned wrong (£4.95 on the shelf, £5.49 at the till - on BOGOF and I had 4 x £1 vouchers lol)There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't
In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice0 -
Don't waste your money on branded dishwasher tablets. Buy the Tesco 4 in 1 citrus ones - there's 60 in the box for around £4 and they do just as good a job as Glist, Finish, etc. You're just paying extra money for the name.0

Best are the sainsbury ones, they do the same job as the glish and all major brands.Kind Regards

No way. Ceapo ones ruined our old glasses. Sticking to Glist, Finish etc (whatever's on offer at the time) has kept our new(er) ones in pristine nick. Plus if you keep your eyes out for offers (such as this one) you can get them for pretty much the same price as the cheapo generic ones.0

I always used to buy Finish tablets. Then a friend of mine told me try Aldi's brand. I havent got any moans about them. do the job just as good. I havent noticed any scratches on glasses. PF0

I use Glist or Tesco's ONL whatever is cheapest at the time. Savers often have brand names at much cheaper prices than Tesco's. No problem with glassware and the cleaning power of either is great..0

IMHO it's not the scratches that are the problem - over a period of time the glass becomes "cloudy" in places, usually at the rims, and AFAIK there is nothing you can do about it. You also get this problem over time if you wash on too hot a setting - and of course don't ever put really expensive glasses in the dishwasher.
That's why I avoid the cheaper non-branded stuff.0 -
I found Glist to be not very good when I tried a free sample.0

I wouldn't hesitate to use the Aldi ones. I have tried supermarket own brands previously and wasn't impressed but the Aldi dishwasher tablets do a great job.0
