Help! Hubby has just planted a sooty paw on eight day old cream fabric sofa. Any foolproof ways to remove stain...not hubby. Happy New Year.

When vacuuming - use the long small brush attachment; you may have to actually clean the brush a couple of times depending on how much muck there is.
Are the sofa covers removeable? After vacuuming, you could then try washing the covers (check the labels/cleaning instructions first though).
