05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

I have seen others too, but with different usernames (just to confuse me - well it doesn't take much). I've only worked it out from photos, details or people recognising my name! Bet everyone wonders what we're talking about now LOL!0

We've found huggies to leak terribly with our newborn (yes, we had them through all the offers everywhere!); have had good results with Tesco own brand at £1.24 for 24 which is brilliant. Pampers also very good, and currently trialing ASDA's own which are much more than Tesco but the tapes can stick to each other (as they can on all the others except Tesco).The thanks button is here to the right. Ooooh that's brave! My contractions ramped up pretty fast and we only just made it to hospital before our son was born (10 days ago, so still fresh in my mind!). Maybe you should ask him to stay home just in case and get the nappy boxes later! Good luck!
Thanks, other half won't leave me at the moment so I guess it will be nappy shopping later rather than sooner!

Are you overdue and fed up, or just fed up jakesmummy05? I know the feeling, I went a week overdue again this time and was so infuriated with every passing day and still no sign.
