Hi Moglie (same username or different?)
I don't understand the Boots thread either!

Yes same username! I have spotted a few of "us" on here but never know if it really is the same person, realised it was definitely you when you mentioned just having a baby!

I have seen others too, but with different usernames (just to confuse me - well it doesn't take much). I've only worked it out from photos, details or people recognising my name! Bet everyone wonders what we're talking about now LOL!

We've found huggies to leak terribly with our newborn (yes, we had them through all the offers everywhere!); have had good results with Tesco own brand at £1.24 for 24 which is brilliant. Pampers also very good, and currently trialing ASDA's own which are much more than Tesco but the tapes can stick to each other (as they can on all the others except Tesco).
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)

Ooooh that's brave! My contractions ramped up pretty fast and we only just made it to hospital before our son was born (10 days ago, so still fresh in my mind!). Maybe you should ask him to stay home just in case and get the nappy boxes later! Good luck!

Thanks, other half won't leave me at the moment so I guess it will be nappy shopping later rather than sooner! :D He is busy putting all the batteries in all the baby toys at the moment! :rotfl:

  • Please send some labour vibes this way! Waters going, contractions just something would be nice! I even walked round the shops (got 2 boxes from Boots) to try and encourage baby to move south but nothing.

Are you overdue and fed up, or just fed up jakesmummy05? I know the feeling, I went a week overdue again this time and was so infuriated with every passing day and still no sign. But then things happened very quickly and just 10 days on my baby's birth it seems like a lifetime away. Hope things happen for you soon.

I will go into my boots tomoz, the girl next door is due this month and I can hear newborn cries coming from that direction as we speak so I presume she has had it!
  • Thanks, am having contractions as we speak so probably can't get any at the moment but will try and send other half out for some!

    Good Luck - how exciting!!
