Capital One Card Services Address???

Just for your information
Yesterday I went to the post office with a Special Delivery to
Capital One Card Services
P.O. Box 5283
Nottingham
NG2 3YJ
The address that they have one thier website for us to write to.
I spent ages in the post office as thier system did not recognise this post code. They advised me that I should send the information to their head office where the postcode was recognised.
It turns out that the above post code has not been registered with the council/royal mail as a delivery address, so as other post offices go to the automated system the post will not always be accepted at the post office (thier words not mine) for special/recorded delivery!!!
