Serves them right for putting Cd's games and DVD's out that you have to queue to pay for, only to be told they are out of atock when you get there.

Already being discussed here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1300223
And for the record... have you even told Woolworths about your unhappiness in waiting in queues and then being told they're out of stock. Written and complained? Or even rang customer services?
Just venting your frustrations at the sales assistants doesn't really count in my opinion as more often than not (not speaking for all sales assistants here), they just want an easy day at work and go home at the end of it.0 -

If the sales assistants cannot pass a bit of feedback up the chain then it is a sad inidictment of the whole company.S!!!!horpe0 -
I can see your point, but I think you'd struggle to find many retail outlets that work on the basis of what a sales assistant says some customer said. Most actions are based upon surveys and direct feedback received at a customer services department or to the CEO himself.Nope.

If I'm really unhappy with something, I send my complaint in writing.
Otherwise (as you have found here) it could be falling on deaf ears.0 -

They owe 300,000,000!!!!
I hardly visit them, they stock too much rubbish these days and not always the best prices.
Sad to see them go though.0 -
My daughter thought about buying it with her pocket money!
:beer:Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!
