You might have all seen this before but looks a good site with plenty of recipes...NB. substitute your HM bread for the Warburtons of course!!!!

    This one is pure genius. No idea how they thought it up.

    Bigger Breakfast

    Ingredients:
    • 1 pack of Warburtons Potato Cakes
    • Egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, beans, mushrooms… in fact, whatever makes up your favourite cooked breakfast!
    Simply prepare and serve a hot Potato Cake with your breakfast - it makes a perfect alternative to toast. Place the Potato Cake under a pre heated grill for 2-3 minutes turning once until both sides are golden brown
