Please can someone help me !
I applied to Ocean Finance for a loan in 2004, they passed by details to Marlborough Loans Limited & I rececived a cover plan with my insurance details from someone called Premier Writers Ltd of Bradford. I have two questions.
1. Can I make a claim for my PPI of £4500 &
2. Of the three mentioned above who do I fire my first letter of to. Ocean, Marlborough or Premier ?
Thank You

Hi Mark and welcome
I would like to add the thread for this to if you want copy and paste your above post to here
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=16061493#post16061493
Which is the "PPI reclaiming discussion thread".
Myself and others will be able to help you step by step with this, if you feel you were mis sold in any way then yes you can try to reclaim the whole amount of PPI.
However, its whoever sold you the loan/ppi you write to.;)
There is also a reclaiming letter on here, you will find this on the RED BOX above "reclaim £1,000's", also useful PPI information which may give you an idea for your letter, as you should as you know add your own reasons.
They have 8 weeks to respond, another letter maybe required if not successful, then if you wanted to afterwards if still not successful, you can try the financial ombudsman service.
Always post by recorded delivery.
But as said above if you want to post on the link I have added for you in order to receive further help.;)
