I recently purchased a Dell T105 server from PCBuyIt.
On their website it stated that there was 1 year warranty.
I have ordered the item and have been chatting to Dells support team about upgrading it.
I found out that this machine has only 9 months warranty.
Does anyone know how i Legally stand?
Thanks in advance.

Instead of asking here, why don't you contact the company and see what they have to say about it ?0

Contact the company - it could be that they choose to offer a 1 year warranty. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
