I was in M & S last night, main meals were Chicken, Dry cure gammon with honey, pork medallions and chicken breasts with cheese topping I believe.Sides were roast potatoes, mash and brussel sprouts, not sure what else.Desserts were pretty good, sticky toffee pud, panacotta, various steamed puds, chocolate fudge pud, and never seen before cheese, which I think you could have.Wine was red Cava plus a couple of whites, my bill said it came to 15.56 before the £10.00 deal but as OH works for M & S and gets 20% off so my bill came to £8.00 so nearly 50% off.0

M&S do meals for 2? Sounds great. I love M&S food!! Thanks for the tip. So do you need to go to the shop to buy it or do they do a delivery service?

I visited the Telford store during my lunch break and the scene could best be described as a scrum, in fact the staff had given up trying to get any of the included items into the fridges and just left some in trays on pallets on the floor.
Despite the chaos I did manage to find the only veggie option (Butternut & goats cheese lasagne). Side dishes they seemed to have mostly run out of apart from the mash and basic veg packs.
Its a great deal but you have to be able to negotiate the crowds and be prepared not to necessarily get your first choices!Hoping for a calmer year in 2012
