Printers and also Fax Machine

I am looking to buy a new printer for my computer and also our Fax Machine with Answering Machine desperately needs replacing. Getting totally confused with good deals etc. so wondered if anyone has found any really good prices they could share with me please? Thanks.

You can get some laser printer/faxes combined.

Also, have you considered using your PC as a fax machine? That way you can see the documents on screen before deciding if it is necessary to print - which would save on paper.

Hadn't thought of that. Is that easy to set up and what equipment would I need please?

Have you looked at https://www.efax.com Basically you get a fax number which people can send faxes to you and you receive them in your email inbox. I've used it for ages and found it to be verygood - it used to be free but there may be a charge now
