Miricle cleaning liquid on Ideal World, anyone used it?

Was flicking channels last night, came across Ideal World and there was this chap, Professor Amos, I think he was called, demonstrating this miraculous cleaning stuff. Look impressive especially the way it cleaned filthy carpet. I'm always rather sceptical of these 'wonder products', but have to admit I was tempted. Has anyone used it, was it any good?
