Charging order can interest be added

I have a lot of debts ( about 50k) and Egg and HFC both have charging orders. Egg are accepting the original offer I made with no interest but HFC have managed to add interest each month. Can they do this as I understand if the borrowing is governed by the CCA then they cannot add interst. It was for a Marbles CC and the debt is about £10000. The reason I ask is that they are adding about £80 per month interest which means I have to pay £100 per month to keep ahead ( which I cant really afford). Also I have just cashed in part of my pension to pay off some of my debts and would like to pay off some of my mortgage which is interest only with no repayment vehicle. So can I go back to court and get the order varied to not add interest each month??

If the creditor has taken the debt to the county court, they may be able to add extra interest once a charging order is made. Interest cannot be added if:
the debt is for an agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. This includes most ordinary credit agreements, including bank overdrafts; or
the debt is less than £5,000 in total, even if it is not covered by the Consumer Credit Act.
INFORMATION
If the debt is more than £5,000 and not covered by the Consumer Credit Act, then interest is set by the court and runs at a standard rate.
