  • Just returned from Boots and to my suprise they had Triple points instore too. What was even better ws it was special christmas evening so 1200 points for every £50 spent.

Only problem was they say that they completely sold out of ipods & all accesories on Saturday yet i know thats a lie because they had items available last night still but i thought i'd wait till today to benefit from the extra points. Oh Well :(
    guess they hid them.
  • Drat drat drat - I wasnt in BOOTS today *was in town but went and bought Maltesers on the Woolies 10pc off day instead, tee hee*.

The mother WAS in though but as per usual she didnt get the receipt validated, did she?????????? nooooooooooo. so i lost out on approximately 36 pts out of her spend.

never mind, im scheming up a trip to the retail park on friday, so they are going to have their food and drink aisles gutted, owing to City Centre branch no longer stocking what i want! *bangs head on boots inverness eastgate centre door, wanting her food n drink back, lol!*
my advantage_card is like gold dush

Any idea how to find out when the 1200 points Christmas Night is on in a particular store without going there?

Also if it was on say tonight - would I get the 1200 points for £50 spend PLUS the triple offer on the 1200 points making 3600 or just 1200 or triple on what I bought?
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

  • Thanks for the post.
Spent an hour last night online going through the £5-£9.99 in the 3 for 2 section getting presents for all kids we buy for. Scary, bought 21 presents but with 10% discount only came to £3.60 each plus get all those points.
To be fair some of this stuff is overpriced but the biggest bonus is not having to go round all the shops in the Xmas melee trying to get all this kit in the first place.
    Cheers
    Jon

If you appreciate my post I really appreciate a Thankyou
  • What is the 10% discount code and can i use it if i buy the ps2?

Also i have placed the order but can i phone up and give them the code?
  • I think it was HFDM48 (1st order discount) or there was HBST25 both found on earlier Boots threads.
    Cheers
