Quote from a flyer IKEA sent to me (as an 'IKEA Family' member):
Put 18th December in your diary!
Our Winter Sale will feature hundreds of reduced articles and starts in enough time to stock up on last minute decorations or extra chairs for family.
Go to www.IKEA.co.uk/family and give us your E-mail address and we'll send you alerts and information about any previews.
The flyer included a personalised £10 off when you spend £60 voucher. Perhaps join up and ask if they could send you one.0 -
sorry, yeah i find out from the flyer too. i got sent £15 off £90 voucher. think they send according to how many times ur card has been swiped. normally i get £5 off £600

Any ideas how i can save- on the online planning tool our new bedroom furniture comes to £2,000.
we are opening a new american express to get the 5% cashback- so that's £100 in our pocket. VAT reduction means that price will come down by £50.
Will wardrobe 'systems' (fitted wardrobes to you and I) be in the sale? Beds?
And do they do interest free credit? In which case we will wait to apply for the amex until the interest free period is nearly up. Indeed, do they takie amex? If not we will use the 1% unlimited barcalycard cashback (which used to be morgan stanley).
Actually, Other Half points out that if we can get interest free credit, the time the money is in our bank it is ofsetting againts the mortgage so that could be, based on 4% mortgage interest saved on £2k over a year, another £80 quids in.
Thanks,
Craig
