Yes - I use it! Saves me the hassle of wandering round the shop with a toddler in tow. I just order online and on the pick-up date, drive to Waitrose, park for free in their car park, walk over to the customer service counter and a shopping trolley full of food is pushed over to me! The 'pickers' will tell you if everything's there, if they've made substitutions etc. You can return items that you don't want (I usually specify NO substitutions anyway). Load up the car and drive away!
Best thing though, is that you're able to use money off codes when you order like this. Look around the voucher threads - there're usually £10-15 codes off the first couple of shops.0
