we are now 2 months inarreas with mortage and some bills! cant pay as hubby on sick and only now getting SSP. can we sell and downsize before we loose everything we have worked for? we have over 100 thou equity in the propery. cannot see him returning to work in the near future!
We have secured loans on the property also.
Dont know what esle to do.

Make sure you are getting all the benefits you are entitled do. From January you would be able to get your mortgage interest paid after 3 months of signing on rather than 7. They will also pay the interest on 175k of the mortgage rather than 100k.
Is hubby likely to return to work? Is this a temporary blip, or a longer term thing? Could you work?
