HFO Services & Turnbull Rutherford

Hi All,
Just a quick question I need clarification on. I requested my CCA from HFO and as with everyone else have not heard anything. Now I know they are about to run out of time, however have had a letter from Turnbull Rutherford stating abuot charging orders etc. Called them today and told them I was awaiting the CCA and therefore the account is on hold. They told me that they will hold the account until the CCA has been received. If this is outside the 12+2+30 then the debt is unforceable right. Turnbull Rutherford I stating that this is only the case until I receive the CCA.
Please can someone clarify this for me.
