for a few years my credit file stated i had a ccj for around £200, it was for a video camera from a catalogue which i honestly thought i had paid for in 2 installments direct to the catalogue co. , im going back now at least 6 -7 yrs. the ccj was registered as satisfactory Nov 07 on the file, though I never paid any money to anyone in Nov. Now my credit file has changed from ccj satisfactory to default satisfactory. If i had a ccj would i not of received court papers informing me of this, I honestly honestly never received anything. The only papers i can remeber were from either the cat comp or a debt collection agency which is when I sent 2 cheques to cover the amount of the debt. Does anyone know why it would suddenly of chabed from ccj to default. Im totally confused. thanks
