I took out finace 9 month ago but never signed for it. I ordered the goods over the internet and they where sent out to me.
Can i avoid paying as i have not singed for them??
Or is there a loophole around this?

It might be more productive to start a thread about how to manage your debt, rather than avoiding it? There is lots of very useful information and support on here, for those that are legitimately dealing with their debts. Good luck.Gone ... or have I?0 -
The law changed in April 2007, since then a signed CCA has not been necessary. And the law for on-line applications changed some years ago, so that a tick is accepted as a signature.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
