  • I dunno, but if you apply for a credit card online you have to tick a box to say that it counts as a signature - was there anything like this?

    Credit Card at 19.9% £2305.65

Is there a reason why you think you should not pay, assuming that you received the goods?

It might be more productive to start a thread about how to manage your debt, rather than avoiding it? There is lots of very useful information and support on here, for those that are legitimately dealing with their debts. Good luck.

The law changed in April 2007, since then a signed CCA has not been necessary. And the law for on-line applications changed some years ago, so that a tick is accepted as a signature.
