clarity 42" lcd hd tv @tesco £399

Hi, have seen these in store at tesco and online for £399 for the 42" hd lcd and £349 for the 37". The make is CLARITY, i have never heard this make before, has anyone bought one? are they any good or is the price to good to be true? :confused:
