You'll be able to add "copes well in pressure situations and can complete a project on time and in budget". to your CV if you only spend £20.

And a chance to purchase further prints!!!!!!!

"£50 for a 7x5 picture and £70 for an A4-sized picture. However, on booking, you will have the opportunity to pre-pay between £50 and £250 for your photographs, this will then be doubled so you will get twice as much for your money on the day. Alternatively, you will receive a 20% discount on all pictures bought on the day."

Your teenager must know an A level Photography student who will gladly sort out the school facilities for this. The chance to do portraits for their sketch books. If there's a fundraising day coming up I bet you could get the school to sort this out and put the funds into the school. The participants just need to take turns doing the makeovers.

You will also get the copyright for the images (agreed with the student photographer) and be able to print them out as often as you like.

I mean who will own the copyright for the images taken on your experience?
  • You are under no obligation to purchase these prints...I wont be!
I just think its a really nice thing for a teenage girl and her friend to do!

I think its a lovely idea for a gift *if* you can be strong minded - I'm sure she will love it.
I've done a similar thing with family portraits and the trouble is that the photos are usually so gorgeous you just have to buy at least one.
The only way I would ever do this again is if I physically didn't take my purse with me - I wouldn't trust myself otherwise and I'm pretty MSE minded.

I've had the prints done and without being arrogant, they were fabulous and a lot better than A level standard.
An A level student will not have the lighting equipement available or the knowledge.
I mean who will own the copyright for the images taken on your experience?
I bought a CD and I own the copyright.

They do come down in price by about 50%.

BTW - I think it will be VERY hard not to buy any, because you will look absolutely fabulous.
