I also got the above email today, but had to email them twice before they told me what was happening.

I ordered this game like the rest of you on the 20th Nov. Got home from work to an email from Gamestation as below...

Please visit the GameStation web site at http://www.game.co.uk/help/ordertracking.aspx?orderno=xxxxxx and enter the tracking number above to trace your parcel.
Please note if your carrier is Parcel Force the tracking number is correct although different to that shown on the Parcel Force site, also that it will only start to track with Parcel Force later in the day it is despatched, when they book it on at their hub.
Your credit / debit card will now be charged in accordance with your instructions..
Whats odd is , the link takes me to the Game website...not gamestation! Very odd!!! I have since logged in at Gamestation and it is showing as despatched...presumably they are the same company but I didn't realise0 -

Well despite it being despatched on the 8th, it has yet to arrive! Oh well!
They say if not arrived by 22nd I can have a refund. Was worth a try and I guess there's still time for it to arrive

same as me mrsfraggle i wondered if anyone this was despatched to actually recieved it as i had two other items despatched the same day and they both arrived within 2-3 days0

I have to say I have my suspicions as to whether it's actually been despatched at all.
I emailed them today, its 10 working days tomorrow so I can request a refund then apparently
