Have reached breaking point

Thanks again to you all. Sometimes its just nice to vent and I appreciate that some people are going through the same if not worse than me. I am quite a strong person and what doesnt kill you makes you stronger or so they say lol. I wont let this drop with them and once they do sort the charges out I will do a massive letter of compliant cos all this could have been avoided in the first place if they had updated my address details correctly. I will make them cleanse my credit file too and the financial obudsmen is looking into the data protection breach. Look out for me on the front pages of the papers lol. You never know. I feel so much better now with these words of support.:j

After promising there would not be any more calls there have been 5 in two days. I have called the ombudsman who will look in to it but I think I should go and see a solicitor. This might sound paranoid but I think they are calling just to bait me and see what sort of reaction they get. They have told me they will put it right (see previous posts) but I dont believe them. Just a quick one. Am off to CAB got an appointment at 11am. Still not heard anything from Hbos. Last call was on Friday night and I said " keep phoning me then I dont care anymore, phone me every hour of everyday am past caring" Funny no calls since then!!!! got my letter from the ombudsman and they were sending a letter to the bank too. Maybe they got it and are a bit worried? Hope so lol. Will let you know how I get on.:o
