I bought some stuff on-line and was sent a voucher code instead of a paper voucher.
Am i right in thinking this means that i have to use it on-line and will then have to pay for delivery?
Bit annoying really as i only want to use it as part payment for a video game.
Does anyone know of any way around this?

Yes, you need to use it online.
A way around this is to order in the store or over the phone instead of online and you'll be given a paper voucher.0 -
Hmmmm bit like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted but thanks for the sarcastic remark anyway.I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.0

I have ordered twice online -the first time my online voucher didn't work and the second I didn't get the email with the code. On both occasions I phoned customer services and explained the situation and they said it was easier to send me a voucher in the post (up to 14 days to deliver).
Perhaps the same happened to you:rolleyes:0 -
contacting cs is definitely worth a shot. I had two orders over £100 each qualifying me for 2x£10 vouchers. I got them via email but when I tried to use them neither worked. I emailed their support and was told that they would send replacements but they would be in paper form instead which suited me fine. A couple of weeks later I got my 1st ten quid voucher but a week after that I got another £10 online voucher code. Thinking that maybe I should be grateful that I at least got one paper voucher I decided I would leave it at that. A week later however I got another paper £10 voucher through the post citing that it was sent due to some price mismatch(which is a mystery to me and I did not complain about).
So as a result my complaint converted 2 x £10 online vouchers into 2 x £10 paper voucers + 1 x £10 online voucher(assuming it works this time around of course).
Sometimes having clueless customer support can work in favour of the consumer:T0 -
