Not posted in a while but any replies would be gratefully received. I ahve a car loan with GE money, when I changed banks the bank messed up the DD transfers. Despite informing them in writing and by phone they never resumed my DD. To cut a long story short they have sold the debt to Link Finacial Ltd who are demanding £6300 in one week. I have said that I will pay monthly but so far they are saying pay now or we take vehicle. Any one any idea what to do? They said borrow from a family member, not an option or remortgage( in this climate!) in one week. Any thoughts or info

I had the same problem with the same firm and watch it because they will not contact you and I have now applied to the court for a suspension

Take it further I would they are not very proffessional at all and don't know what the other one is doing
