pleeeease help, need urgent advice!!

hi, i'm hoping someone out there can help me with this one! i've been on a dmp for nearly a yr, when i started it i had an additions account and a studio cards account that had a zero balance, however throughout the yr i have stupidly been using them and i'm worried if i ring the cccs they will stop my dmp! i've sat and sorted my income and outgoings again and would be able to offer the cccs £240 instead of the £170! anyone know where i stand with this??

Have you still got a balance on the additions and studio cards that you've been spending on? Can you pay the extra money you have towards that?

At some point, you will probably be asked by your creditors for an updated SOA - i think at that time you should increase your payments and if possible save the extra to hopefully be able to make a F&F settlement offer on some of the dents.

I think George is right, rhubarb - pay off the newly accumulated debts first, that way you won't have to worry about them. Can you do that in a relatively short space of time if you put your new found spare cash towards them?

Oh, and cut up those wretched cards! ;)
