What is a SEL - mystery shopping

I'm new to mystery shopping and not sure what a SEL is. Any ideas? Its in a supermarket by the way.

Thank you so much. I didn't want to look stupid by asking the company. I assume the shelf edge label is the label with codes and price etc on?

yes you are right - sometimes the ms company gives you a code that is missing the first digit...just to be confusing!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would tell me which ms companies do the supermarkets? I am with GFK but not much is happening and it is always with banks. Any help would be great.

Im finding I'm getting a fair bit of work from grass roots mystery shopping at the moment but it is mostly banks also.
