I'm looking for a range cooker, you'd think it would be easy as I dont mind whether its gas or electric (I'll use either). I do however want at least six burners BUT I dont really want a wok burner unless its in addition to the other six burners. It needs to have a split oven as I just dont like the huge oven look
I'd prefer some kind of ceramic finish (cream or green maybe?) rather than black or stainless as that would match my new kitchen better and I'm ideally looking to pay less than £600.
This one is nice but they are a bit out of my price range:

Can anyone suggest anything ?

I spent about 2 years researching my new cooker LOL I did want a wok burner (it's got 4 other burners too) and I wanted a GAS double oven but had to settle for one gas and one electric. Mine's Stainless steel and glass so I'm not much help but I used the internet to do my research, this is one of the sites I used hope it helps.:xmassmile0

Its a tad over £600.00 but we have got a Belling Country Chef 924 (8 burners/dual fuel/no wok burner)and its the best cooker i have ever had!!! Most places only do it in silver and anthracite but I am sure i have seen it in green and cream too. www.cookers-direct.co.uk have got it in champagne (no windows in the ovens tho - ours has glass) but it is £690.00. I think we paid about £630.00 for ours (in silver) but that was a while ago now. Hope this helps.Tara the Jack Russell, gone to the bridge 5 February 2014.
