Abbey Flex Plus Tracker - Anyone Had A Letter Yet?

Hi, has anyone had a letter from Abbey, yet regarding the last 2 drops in interest rate?
I have not even received one about the .5% reduction in October. This is strange because they are usually very prompt at advising about changes.

Thanks for the reply badboybill. I am hoping to increase my overpayments whilst the interest rates are so low.
Still had no letter from them - maybe they cant afford the postage!0 -
Check the T&Cs regarding overpayments. If there is no benefit then you might as well stick-it in the savings part of the product and get the same interest.0

I think I've had a letter announcing the 0.5% cut but am not 100% sure but if I look at my account online it shows the current interest rate as being 4.99% (BOE + 0.49%) which reflects the cut.
The more recent 1.5% cut should be reflected online from 3rd December.0 -
yes, i too have not received a letter as of yet for the last drop?!
was thinking of phoning them tonight, but now i see someone else has had the nod i think i'll kick back instead and bathe in the glory of going on a tracker just a couple of months ago, after been fixed for 5 years!

I had -0.5 letter about two weeks ago. I've not had the -1.5 drop letter but I access my account online and my rate dropped on 3rd December by 1.5%.0

On my online account (Flexible plus) it lists the dates when the interest rate has changed (in the past, for the date range viewed) at the bottom of the payment summary, e.g.
03 November interest rate changed to 4.99%
03 December interest rate changed to 3.49%
I expect on the 3rd of Jan it will have
interest rate changed to 2.49% :T0 -
