BOSCH hepa vacuum 39.99 tesco direct

this is a really good vacuum i paid 99 quid a few months back and here is is for 39.97 at tesco direct. still 90 odd elsewhere. its a proper hepa one with the british allergy foundation seal of approval, i suffer or rather suffered with a terrible dust mite allergy until i got one of these. i know there are lots of 'hepa' vacuums out there cheap but they are crap, i know i have tried them.

The Bosch BSG61870GB is an 1800w bagged cylinder vacuum cleaner with a 4L dust capacity. This model features edge cleaning capabilities and metal telescopic tubes cutting down on stretching to reach those more difficult places. The vacuum comes complete with on-board tools and is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre at 5.8kg. The Bosch BSG61870GB has a 7.5m cored, 10m operating circle and a cord rewind system for neat and tidy storage of the cable when the vacuum cleaner is not in use. There are 7 levels of filtration and a HEPA filter traps smaller dust and dirt particles, preventing contamination of the environment. This type of filtration is better for homes with allergy sufferers

  • Just watch, though, re replacement bags. We bought a BOSCH a few months ago from Tesco and assumed they would stock replacement bags - they don't (well not for our model anyhow), but you could check in your own store before you purchase the vacuum. The bags can be easily purchased online via the Bosch shop but, at, from memory, about £5.99 postage. The bags themselves aren't much dearer, so for bags and postage you are paying between £11/12 - not so good! I contacted BOSCH and asked for names/addresses of local stockists of their replacement bags and other accessories - they declined to supply any and just stated that they could be purchased online, grrrrr.

i get my replacement bags from argos, they are expensive because they are dust particle proof fabric, the suction through it doesn't kick any dust mite or other particles out of the blower in your face. if u aren't an allergy sufferer its not worth it. id be very ill without mine.
