Help I need cheap hand puppets!

I bought a puppet theatre last year for my son but decided he had too many presents so put it away. got out this year & gave as present to his friend instead but when opened there were no puppets inside. I know it is my fault for not checking when I bought it, but now i cannot return it (bought from trade warehouse where i work & we no longer sell them & i have no receipt as was over a year ago!). does anyone know where i can get a cheap set of hand puppets to complete the present? am checking ebay but with postage they are not that cheap! please help!!

I have brought several cheap wash mitts for my son's theatre. Asda had the Balamory ones for half price £1.50 and I have also brought other TV characters.
Also ELC sometimes have puppets in the sale.

Until you manage to find some sew some buttons onto old socks. At least then it can be used until some proper ones are found....Dream of being mortgage free....

I bought a few from here just before christmas. The prices seam to have gone up since but ive noticed the sale starts on the 9th so they might go back down.0

Was just glancing through a site and found finger puppets in a sale if thats any use to u.... £3.99 for a set of 3 delivery is abit steep at £3.99 though.
